All content available on the platform, including but not limited to webinar recordings, instructional materials, graphics, text, logos, and software, is the property of Trovskad or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Trovskad grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit questions, comments, feedback, or other content through the platform, you grant Trovskad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain services or events on the platform may require payment. All fees are displayed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize Trovskad to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
