Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, as well as other electronic payment methods displayed at checkout. All payment methods must be valid and authorized for use by the account holder.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. Trovskad reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the change taking effect.

3. Billing and Charges

3.1 One-Time Purchases

For individual webinar sessions or single-access products, payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

3.2 Subscription Plans

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. The billing cycle (monthly or annual) is specified at the time of enrollment. Continued use of the service constitutes authorization for recurring charges.

3.3 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period. Upon expiration of the trial, billing will commence automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Taxes and Fees

Prices shown may or may not include applicable taxes. Where required, applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under the laws governing your location.

5. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure, industry-standard payment processors. Trovskad does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on its servers. Payment data is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols during transmission.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or fails, access to paid services may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. We may attempt to reprocess a failed payment a limited number of times. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and accurate.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased. Requests must be submitted to contact@reytars.pro within the applicable refund window stated at the time of purchase.

7.2 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

7.3 Non-Refundable Items

Certain products and services may be marked as non-refundable at the point of purchase. This includes but is not limited to sessions already attended, downloaded materials, and promotional or discounted purchases where explicitly stated.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at contact@reytars.pro before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases. Codes may have expiration dates, usage limits, or restrictions on eligible products. Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction unless otherwise stated.

10. Account Responsibility

11. Modifications to Payment Terms

Trovskad reserves the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
